Mr. Keith R. Hall

Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space and Director of the National Reconnaissance Office, 1997-2001

Mr. Hall joined Booz Allen Hamilton after serving as acting director and director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), where he was responsible for the acquisition and operation of all U.S. space-based reconnaissance and intelligence systems. In 1997, he was appointed by the President, and confirmed by the Senate, as assistant secretary of the Air Force (Space). Previously, he served in Army intelligence, where he commanded overseas operational intelligence units. Hall received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and political science, as well as an Honorary Doctorate, from Alfred University in New York.  Hall also earned a master’s degree in public administration from Clark University in Worcester, Mass.
