Offsite Hotels

We have partnered with eight offsite hotels near the Symposium's venue, The Broadmoor Hotel. Please make your reservations by March 14, 2012, in
order to take advantage of the special negotiated Symposium rates.

Please note the offsite hotels cancellation policy:
At the time of booking, a one-night non-refundable deposit is charged. If you cancel outside of two weeks of the Symposium, there are no
additional charges. If you cancel within two weeks of the Symposium start date, April 16, you will be charged your entire reservation.
