Ms. Colleton is president of IGES, where she spearheads a wide variety of communication, education and outreach activities to improve public appreciation of the important role that advancements in Earth observing systems and geospatial technology play in our understanding of and response to global environmental changes, including severe weather and climate change. Colleton is a co-founder and executive director of the Alliance for Earth Observations, which works with private, academic and non-governmental organization stakeholders in partnership with government leaders to promote the private sector's involvement in the development, use and integration of Earth observations.
