Mr. Jim Maser

Mr. Maser is president of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (PWR) Inc., a division of Pratt & Whitney. He is responsible for the design, manufacturing and performance of power and propulsion systems. Previously, he served as president and general manager of the Sea Launch Company, and was president and chief operating officer of Space Exploration Technologies. Maser graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron, earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering. He also received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. Maser serves on the Space Foundation board of directors.
