Is online registration secure? 
Yes. Transactions are handled securely by Blackbaud, a VeriSign verified and trusted, PCI compliant service. For more information, click here.

Can Symposium and Cyber registration be purchased together?  
Absolutely!  In fact, you save $50 when you purchase them together.  In order to get the savings, you must select the Symposium and Cyber 1.2 option on the registration form.

Are dining event tickets included with purchase? 
Dining event tickets are not included in Industry registration.

All dining events are included in Active Military/Government registration.  Dining tickets can be purchased online or can be added to an existing registration by calling Space Foundation customer service at +1.800.691.4000.

Dining event tickets may also be purchased onsite if space is available.

What is the cancellation/transfer policy? 
Symposium
and Cyber cancellations received in writing by March 9, 2012, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after March 9, 2012. Symposium and Cyber registration transfers will be processed for a fee of $150 through April 2, 2012. Cyber 1.2 only transfers will be processed for a fee of $50. No transfers will be processed after April 2, 2012.

When will I receive my barcode for registrant check-in? 
The first round of barcodes will be emailed in early January to everyone who registered from September to January, and then barcodes will be emailed each month thereafter to the registrants of the previous month.  One final barcode reminder will be emailed one week before the event.   If you do not receive a barcode, please call Space Foundation customer service at +1.800.691.4000.

What if I forget to bring my registrant check-in barcode with me? 
No problem!  We can verify your registration and identity with a valid government-issued I.D.

Can someone else pick up my badge for me? 
No. For security reasons, we do not allow registrants to receive their badges and registration materials without valid government-issued I.D.s.

If I am an Exhibitor, can I go to any of the Symposium or Cyber sessions?  
Symposium
and Cyber sessions are reserved for “Registrants.” Exhibitors who are not also classified as Registrants cannot attend sessions.

I pre-paid and purchased a copy of The Space Report 2012 when I registered.  How do I receive my copy? 
There will be advertised locations at the 28th National Space Symposium to pick up your pre-paid copy(ies) of The Space Report 2012.  We will have a list at the event of those who pre-paid to verify your purchase.  For security reasons, we ask at the time of purchase to list the name of the person picking up the book(s) and/or CD(s) .  That person will be required to show a driver’s license or photo I.D. at the time of pick up.  If, for some reason, you or the person you designated to pick up your purchase are unable to attend this event, please contact Space Foundation customer service at +1.800.691.4000.
